Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. International shipping to other countries is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. and Canadian public holidays) after payment confirmation. During peak periods (e.g., seasonal sales), processing time may extend to 3 business days; customers will be notified of delays.
  • Canadian Orders: Additional 1–2 business days are required to prepare customs documentation (e.g., commercial invoices) and ensure compliance with Canadian import regulations.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
  • Canadian Shipping: 10–20 business days after dispatch (delays may occur due to customs clearance).

4. Shipping Carriers

  • U.S. Orders: Shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail or First-Class Mail.
  • Canadian Orders: Shipped via USPS International, with final delivery handled by Canada Post.
A shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address once your order is dispatched.

5. Order Tracking

  • U.S. Orders: Tracking information updates in real time, covering the entire delivery journey (from our warehouse to your address).
  • Canadian Orders: Tracking updates are available until the package leaves the U.S. Once in Canada, tracking may be accessed via Canada Post’s website using the same tracking number (allow up to 48 hours for updates).

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or marked “Delivered” but not received:

U.S. Orders

  1. Verify with household members, neighbors, or building management (e.g., mailrooms) for alternative delivery locations.
  2. Check for a delivery attempt notice (carriers may reattempt delivery the following day).
  3. Contact USPS directly with your tracking number to inquire about details.
  4. If the package remains unaccounted for, contact our team within 7 days of the “Delivered” date.

Canadian Orders

  1. Allow an additional 5 business days for customs-related delays.
  2. Check Canada Post’s website for updated tracking information.
  3. Contact Canada Post or local customs authorities if the package is held for duties/taxes or documentation.
  4. If the package remains missing, contact our team within 14 days of the “Delivered” date.
To report a lost or delayed package, email [email protected] with your order number, tracking number, and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and resolve the matter.
